The times that I have heard God's voice (once audibly and the other times within my spirit) most clearly and memorably have been in the midst of tragedy. No one welcomes or desires tragedy (I certainly don't), but I am so grateful that my Abba Father reveals himself in a reassuring way that only He can at those times. I write "reveals" instead of "revealed" because I know he will continue to hold me in His arms and share my joys and sorrows as my Father. Have you asked Him into your heart? He yearns to be your Father, to share your concerns and fears, your losses and your gains, your ups and downs, your everyday existence and most of all, your eternal existence. Everything about you matters to Him. YOU matter to Him, so much so that He would have given His life for you and you alone if you had been the only one! Comments are closed.
