Someone recently said that as humans, we have two different types of courage. One, is the physical kind and the other moral.
Sometimes, this person said, moral courage involves not doing the things we shouldn't do and making sure to do the things we should.
Writing this blog is something that I feel like I should do. And so here you have it.
This Christian devotional blog has gone through many changes and a couple of different names since I first started it in 2013.
Back then, all five of our children were still under our roof and we lived on an old 10 acre horse farm in Western Pennsylvania. I was a stay-at-home mom juggling a freelance web writing & design business with the many needs of our large family.
God's changed things up a bit for our family since then. Some of our kids have grown and headed to college, and I've gone back to work as a web content specialist.
I let my blog sit for a awhile as I got adjusted to working full time. But lately, with the changing tide of our nation's morality, I've felt the need to use my voice and be morally courageous.
Not everything I say will be politically correct, but I'll do my best to make it biblically correct.
Which to me, is by far the greater of the two.
So here I go. Thanks for reading. And go be courageous!
