Measurements We Need From You
1. HEIGHT

2. NECK
• Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be.
• This is along the lower section of the neck, below your Adams Apple and above your Sternal Notch.

3. CHEST
• Measure around the chest at the fullest part of the chest, usually right below the armpit.
• Measure all the way around the body, with arms at the sides.
• Remain in a relaxed position, take a normal breath, and then measure.

4. SHOULDER
• Measure from the end of the left shoulder to the end of the right shoulder, across the slope of the back.
• Measure at the point where the shoulder ends and meets the arm.

5. SLEEVE
• RIGHT: Measure from the right shoulder down to the point where the base of thumb meets the base of the index finger.
• LEFT: Do the same for the left sleeve.

6. SLEEVE FROM CENTER BACK
• This is also your dress shirt sleeve measurement. If you know it already from the shirts you normally wear, you can give that to us.
• This is taken from the center base of your neck (in the back), across the shoulder, then down the arm to the outside of the elbow, then along the forearm to your wrist bone or where you want the sleeve to end.

7. BICEP
• Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with the arms by your side.

8. WRIST
• Measure around the fullest part of the wrist.

9. WAIST
• Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach.

10. HIPS
• Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
• Make sure your pockets are empty!

11. CENTER FRONT
• This measurement is for the length of the shirt.
• Measure from the point where your collar, if buttoned, would be. And measure straight down the center front of your body down to where you want the shirt to end. • This is typically at the lower hip level, where your hip ends and legs begin.
