ORDER FOLLOW-UP
When we receive an order from you, we will contact you to make sure it can arrive at the time that you need it and we will ask follow-up questions to make sure the sizing is correct.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you receive your order and you would like to exchange it, please ship it back to us within 14 days.  We will accept returns and exchanges, provided the shirt has NOT been worn.  You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before reaching us. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, but we will credit the sales amount in the form of payment we originally received.

SHIPPING/TRACKING
Our main method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.  However, if we need to expedite a shipment, we can also use Fedex or UPS. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders take approximately 10 working days to arrive from time of placement.  If you need your guayabera sooner, please let us know and we can try to expedite it.  Individual custom orders can be done in a similar timeframe, but group custom orders/weddings take longer depending on our schedule. Please e-mail us and we can quote you a timeframe.

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
At the present moment, we take appointments in New York City and are beginning to schedule in-person appointments in Los Angeles and Miami.  Please e-mail us with your location and request.

RETAIL LOCATIONS
Our guayaberas are not currently available in stores.  But if you have a store and would like to carry our shirts, please e-mail us and we will let you know when wholesale accounts are available.

Any information that we collect from you will be used solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We will use your e-mail address to communicate with you about your order and to let you know about special promotions, discounts, and other news pertaining to Debra Torres.com. You always have the option to unsubscribe from these communications.
